The combination of vitamin C-rich mango, healthy fats from coconut and cashew butter, and protein powder makes it a gentle yet grounding option for managing fatigue, blood sugar crashes, and hormonal depletion. Think of it as a nourishing hug in smoothie form.
Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk (from a can or carton)
- 1 tbsp cashew butter (or almond butter)
- 1 scoop clean, unsweetened protein powder of choice (pea, hemp, collagen, etc.)
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- water
- Optional: handful of spinach or pinch of sea salt for electrolyte support
- Optional: 1–2 ice cubes for a thicker texture
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust: add more coconut milk if too thick, or a splash of water to lighten.
- Pour into a glass or insulated tumbler.
