Instructions

Prepare the Oven-Baked Home-Style Fries:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato wedges with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, rosemary (if using), salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp outside, tender inside. -

Toss halved Brussels sprouts with avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a separate baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, shaking pan halfway, until crispy and tender. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. -
Make the Cottage Pie Meat Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground meat, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat if needed. Add onion and garlic; sauté 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in carrots; cook 5 minutes until slightly tender. Mix in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10–12 minutes until thickened. Add frozen peas and cook 2–3 minutes until heated through. -
Assemble Your Plate:
Divide home-style fries among four plates, creating a base. Spoon the meat filling generously over the fries. Add a serving of roasted Brussels sprouts to each plate. -
Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh rosemary or a sprinkle of Parmesan if you like. Dig in and savor this hearty, nourishing meal!
